With Facebook Notes, you can share your message with your friends through written entries. You can tag your friends in notes, and they can leave comments. Along with your notes message, now Facebook Notes application allows you to attach photos, video, event, and even a link to share with your friends and family
Basically Facebook Notes application page will display recently written notes by your friends, family and co-workers.
Here is How do you make a facebook note?
At bottom left of your page, Click on the Notes to write a new note to share with your friends. Sometimes notes is hidden, so click More button to show notes if it is hidden.
