Business Today, Mercer and TNS India invite you to participate in the “Best Companies to Work for in India” Study 2007. The survey partners, BT-Mercer-TNS, endeavored to bring to light through this survey, the companies in India which are the best companies to work for and highlight aspects of their culture, HR processes and work practices which make them stand out. It focused on seeking inputs on four areas, including employee perception, HR processes and policies, HR metrics and stakeholder perceptions.

In 2006 there were around 130 companies across industries participated for the top spot. Best Companies to Work for in India was launched in 2004, taking the study into its fourth year.
