Reliance launches BlackBerry in it’s CDMA network

Wireless email solution device Blackberry, which was till now available only with the GSM operators , is now available in CDMA platform by Reliance Communications(RCOM) . 

At present, only Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Essar offers the wireless e-mail solution in India.

blackberry8830.jpgReliance Communication is the first to launch BlackBerry 8830 World Edition smartphone in India which allows interoperability between CDMA and GSM network. Unlike other CDMA devices, this one has a SIM card slot that will effectively let you use GSM networks around the globe. Blackberry 8300 is priced at Rs 33,900.
