BMW India presented two BMW Art Cars by world-renowned artists Andy Warhol (BMW M1, 1979) and Roy Lichtenstein (BMW 320i, 1977) at the Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai, India.
The BMW Art Car Collection combines world-renowned art with world-class automobiles. Travelling from their origin in Germany, the BMW Art Cars are priceless masterpieces that reflect the cultural and historical development of art, design and technology.

The exhibition concludes the Asia Pacific tour that travelled through Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, the Philippines, Korea and China.
Sydney was the only city in Australia to showcase the collection including cars painted by the late Andy Warhol, Australian artist Ken Done, American minimalist painter and sculptor, Frank Stella and the late American pop artist Roy Lichtenstein.
During the current tour, which began in Malaysia last year, the four cars have been exhibited in Singapore, the Philippines and Korea.
