Typing microsoft site:thepicky.com in google search will return pages about microsoft but only from thepicky.com
Search Within Web Site Titles
If you want to search for a particular title, use the Google syntax intitle: to force Google to only list results that have the particular word.
intitle:free ringtones, will only list results that have the title free ringtones
