- Download and Install Microsoft Image Resizer( ImageResizer.exe ), Click the URL http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
- After installing right-click on images, you will see “Resize Pictures” context menu
- Just select the appropriate dimension you want and click OK. To see more options click on Advanced button.
