Hi there,
it is absoloutely correct that BPO companies provide 2 types of processes such as backoffice work and calling work.Calling part is again devided in 2 parts inbound and outbound. There are diifrent inbound and outbound processes available.My concern is there are very few companies who provides all these facilities.
